Dr. Carr holds degrees in ministry from Liberty University, Dallas Theological Seminary, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has been involved in church ministry as a Pastor and Youth Pastor for more than 20 years, also holding leadership positions at the community, area, and state level.  He has performed nearly 400 non-denominational weddings and wedding renewals.  Dr. Carr truly enjoys helping young couples prepare for their weddings and their new life together.  Marriage is more than a beautiful ceremony.  It is two lives joined in joyous partnership with common goals and values.  Good relationships require work and a good start is always a benefit.  He pastors in Chandler, Arizona and lives with his beautiful wife of 24 years and his three awesome children.
